You will need an Amazon account. There are two methods: Kindle books from OverDrive can be read on a Kindle or with the free Kindle app on another device. Here are official instructions to manually download OverDrive's Libby app to Kindle Fires. Amazon has not approved Libby in the Amazon Appstore yet. The OverDrive app will be discontinued in early 2023.
